Terms of Service

Agreement
By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these terms with Cab-Fit, the operator of Cab-Fit. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Cab-Fit provides
Cab-Fit provides 10-minute workout routines, stretch sessions, meal ideas, nearby food recommendations with nutrition estimates, and progress tracking for commercial drivers. It is general fitness and nutrition information, not medical care. See the disclaimer.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, resale of our data, or attempts to bypass subscription limits.
Subscription, trial and billing
- Price. Cab-Fit Pro is $9.99 per month. Buyers outside the United States may be shown an equivalent amount in their local currency, and applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.
- Free trial. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
- Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged at the end of the trial and then once per month until you cancel. Each renewal is charged automatically to your saved payment method.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Failed payments. If a charge fails, Stripe retries. Pro access may be suspended if payment ultimately fails.
Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel any time from Billing inside the app, or through the Stripe billing portal linked there.
- Cancelling during the 7-day trial means you are never charged.
- After a paid period begins, cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Partial months are not pro-rated.
- Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@cab-fit.com.
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription — cancel first, then delete.
Fair use of included services
Food search, nutrition lookups and AI-generated suggestions rely on paid third-party APIs and are subject to daily fair-use limits. We may adjust these limits to keep the service sustainable.
Price changes
We may change pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before a change applies to their renewal, and may cancel before it takes effect.
Content and intellectual property
Cab-Fit's workouts, written content, branding and software belong to Cab-Fit. You keep ownership of the data you enter. Nutrition values are sourced from USDA FoodData Central and estimates generated by AI.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Cab-Fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cab-Fit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Cab-Fit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violation of these terms.
