Who we are

Cab-Fit operates Cab-Fit, a fitness and nutrition app for commercial truck drivers. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@cab-fit.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address, name and an encrypted password, handled by our authentication provider.
• Health and fitness inputs you enter — height, weight, goal weight, waist measurements, blood pressure readings, driver type, dietary preferences, workout completions and stretch sessions.
• Location you provide for food search — either a city, ZIP code or, if you allow it in your browser, your device coordinates. Location is used to run the search and is not sold or used for advertising.
• Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your subscription status, plan, renewal date and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage and analytics — page views and basic device data via Google Analytics, plus internal API usage counts used to enforce fair-use limits.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, generate your workout and meal plans, run food and nutrition searches, process your subscription, provide support, and monitor reliability and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties that process data for us

• Supabase (Lovable Cloud) — database, authentication and hosting.
• Stripe — payments, subscriptions and billing portal.
• Google Maps Platform (Places) — nearby food search.
• USDA FoodData Central — public nutrition lookups.
• Lovable AI Gateway — generating meal and ordering suggestions.
• Google Analytics — aggregate site usage.

Search terms and non-identifying context may be sent to these services to fulfil your request. We do not send them your name or email.

Cookies and similar technology

We use a browser storage entry to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to measure aggregate traffic. You can block or clear these in your browser; blocking the sign-in entry will log you out.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account. Deletion removes your profile, logs, saved foods and locations, and your login. Billing records Stripe is legally required to retain remain with Stripe. Cancel your subscription before deleting if you do not want it to renew.

Your choices

You can view and edit your profile data in the app, export or request a copy by emailing us, decline browser location access, and delete your account. Contact support@cab-fit.com for any privacy request.

Children

Cab-Fit is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page.
